- Driving sustainability in production (decarbonization, waste, water, pollution,circularity, biodiversity).
- Optimizing operations: Health & Safety, Lean Manufacturing, Industry 4.0, and cost efficiency.
- Managing the business unit investment portfolio, from planning to project delivery (>€200M p.a.)
- Leading Technical Due Diligences and technical integration of new plants.
- Engaging the Operations community (hiring, onboarding, conferences, and leadership).
- Heading the Central Operations, Technology and R&D team
