Zaibaa Thingna co-leads the Global AI Delivery teamwithin Siemens' Legal, Compliance, and IP department, spearheading AIinnovation for the legal sector. With eight years dedicated to driving legal innovation, she has a proven track record of designing efficient legal processes and successfully implementing legal tech solutions across large international teams. Her journey in AI began at international law firms before she brought her expertise to Siemens. Prior to her focus on innovation, Zaibaa practiced as an arbitration lawyer. She holds a Master’s degree inInternational Business Laws from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
